Clogher Head to Slea Head can be found along the coast, on the outskirts of the village of Dunquin.

Description:
Catch:Wrasse, Pollack, Mackerel, Coalfish, Conger, Bull Huss & Dogfish.

In the north side of Clogher Head below \'Ryan\'s Daughter\' schoolhouse and under the grotto at Slea Head Wrasse fishing is popular for Pollack, Mackerel and Coalfish which can be caught using the spinning method, whereas Conger, Bull Huss and Dogfish are taken on very foul ground by bottom fishing.

Season:

All year around, although the best time of year is between May to September.

Methods:

Spinning and bottom fishing with Mackerel strips.

Cost: No cost for off-shore fishing. Boat charter varies between 200 Euro - 300 Euro per boat, suitable for 4-8 people.
