| Description: |
Flowing 2 miles to the sea, Caragh is a spate fishery. Good runs of Spring salmon and Grilse are caught, with the lower part of it for catching Sea trout. The Spring salmon run in February, March and April, while the Grilse begin running at the end of May. The Sea trout can be taken from mid August. |
