Lough Agraffard

Location:

The loughs of Agraffard, Bofin, Aphreagaun and Cromlec can be found at the top of the Owenriff river and they lie to the south of the Oughterart to Maum Cross road.

Description:
Catch:Salmon and Brown Trout.

They all contain Brown trout, and the lower two of the loughs Agraffard and Bofin both contain Salmon. They are acid lakes and the average size of trout is around 0.5 lbs.

Season:

Brown trout fishing is between March 1st - September 30th.

Fly and spinning.
