Lough Unshin and Lough Mc Call both lie north-east of Ballyshannon.

Description:
Catch:Brown Trout.

Lough Unshin has easy access to it from a road running to the lake. The banks are safe to fish from and Trout can be taken averaging around 7 ounces. Lough Mc Call can also be fished from the shore for catches of slightly larger Trout.

Season:

Trout are taken during March 1st - October 9th.

Methods:

Usually fly fishing and spinning.

Cost: Permission is not usually required, but you should enquire locally before using them.
